Please Note: At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK Only). We do not ship to international addresses or freight forwarding companies.
Delivery Options and Timeframes
All orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
We are pleased to offer two secure delivery options:
Standard Delivery
• Cost: £4.95 (Complimentary for all orders over £150)
• Delivery Time: 2–4 working days
• Details: Reliable, fully insured shipping for your peace of mind.
Express Delivery
• Cost: £8.95
• Delivery Time: 1–2 working days
• Details: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Thursday will be dispatched on the same day.
Important Delivery Information
• Signature Required Upon Delivery: Because our accessories are high-value premium items, all parcels require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to authorize couriers to leave your package on a doorstep or in a "safe place."
• Order Tracking: As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
• Personalized Items: If you have selected our bespoke hot-stamping service (monogramming), please allow an additional 1–2 working days for production before your order is dispatched. If you choose Express Delivery, this timeframe applies from the moment your personalized item is completed.
• Remote Locations: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly may take an additional 1–2 working days. No extra shipping fees apply to these regions.
